He was director for communication and society in The Norwegian FA (NFF). Before that he was the CEO of the manufacturing Ullevaal Media Center (UMC), and he has formerly worked in TV2, NRK, Norsk Toppfotball and Vålerenga.
Graff has broad experience – strategically and operatively – and he has among other things worked a lot with developments of communication strategies, business and management communication, profile and reputation, crisis communication and media coaching.

Before that he worked 20 years in within banking and finance, and Aasland was the main architect behind The Norwegian FA’s commercial development, and he is partly responsible for the big and long-term sponsor deals on behalf of The Norwegian FA.
Together with Graff, Aasland was a member of Fotball Media – football rights company that sells and manages media rights.
Aasland has also had of other board positions.

She was commercial manager at Meet Ullevaal with responsibility for the VIP concept at Ullevaal Stadium before she became commercial manager at Aasland Graff & Partners.
She has worked closely with large parts of the business community and been involved in a number of major events in music and sports.
Marianne also has several years of experience as sales director in the hotel industry, and knows the sport and the commercial players in the business world very well.

She has TV experience from Viasat, TV 2 and Ullevaal Media Center, and is responsible for content production and deliveries to the business community and various players in the sport.
Tina works both in front of and behind the camera, and assists customers with concept development, content marketing and publishing plans for the various digital platforms.
